Claim a meter screen to link your property.Export CSV to download your readings and billing data as a spreadsheet file you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.Claim a meter, then enter the Property ID and Meter number for the other connection. You can link several meters to one account - handy if you own a rental or more than one property - and switch between them in the app.Change password to update your login credentials. You can also see your sign-in method and when you last signed in there.If something isn't adding up, your water utility can help with your connection, readings or bill. Open the Support option in the app's Profile tab for their contact details.
